Apply for a 2016 Workshop Scholarship

Are you new to the field and looking to improve your skills, but can’t afford to attend an AASLH workshop? AASLH offers four scholarships for new professionals and diverse professionals to take advantage of our top notch onsite training programs. The deadline for applying for 2016 is January 22.

George Neptune, museum educator at the Abbe Museum in Maine wrote of his experience as an AASLH scholarship winner for the 2014 Annual Meeting. “Not only was I surrounded by people who, like me, have a passion for history and education, but the workshops and sessions I attended left me inspired and exhilarated.”

Recipients receive free registration for an AASLH onsite workshop and a one year individual membership in AASLH. Recipient is responsible for his/her own transportation, lodging, and meals.
